It was believed that Dr. Conrad Murray would be charged today in the death of Michael Jackson but now it’s being pushed to Monday.

A spokesperson for the L.A. County D.A.’s office told reporters this morning, “Nothing will be filed today in the Michael Jackson death case.” However, they insist charges will be filed on Monday, February 8.

Murray and his team were set to do a press conference today but have also pushed that back.  A member of his legal team explains, “In light of the District Attorney’s office announcement that Dr. Murray will be charged on Monday, we have canceled media access until after arraignment.”

In other words, the circus starts Monday.
