50 Cent is in the hospital. He won’t say what for, but he sure is milking it on Twitter… with a lot of photos.
However, the HOT 107 rapper still found time to promote his upcoming mixtape — and promote the newest member of G-Unit, DJ Pauly D, too.
Fiddy tweeted yesterday, “I’m in the hospital but my gangsta grillz LOST TAPE is done so it will be out on time.”
Followed by, “I don’t want to go into surgery. @FloydMayweather call my phone why your phone off.”
Adding, “Ain’t this a b*tch. I give 15 tracks you give me this.”

Today he updated his situation, “I’m feeling better today I think I’m gonna get out of the hospital soon. EMINEM called me last night I love him that’s my boy.”

Well, whatever is wrong with him, it seems like he’s in good spirits at least!
Another huge loss in music… The Queen of Disco has died. Donna Summer passed away this morning at the age of 63.
TMZ reports she was battling lung cancer believed to be brought on by “inhaling toxic particles after the 9/11 attack in New York City.” She had managed to keep the extent of her illness out of the media.
Donna Summer was big in the ’70s and ’80s with massive dance hits such as “Hot Stuff”, “Bad Girls”, “Last Dance”, “Love To Love You Baby”, “She Works Hard For The Money”, and several others. She was a 5-time Grammy winner.

Some of the songs she penned to help her achieve this include “Rude Boy”, “What’s My Name”, “S&M”, “Firework”, and “Super Bass”. Besides Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Nicki Minaj — she’s also worked with Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Usher, Lil Wayne, Kelly Clarkson, and too many others to name. Most recently, she wrote RiRi’s “Where Have You Been“.

Rumor has it, Jennifer Lopez is not planning to return to “American Idol” next season.
Earlier today, the HOT 107 singer topped the new Forbes Celebrity 100 list after pulling in $52 million over the past year — mainly due to Idol. Her exposure on the show allowed her to relaunch her music career, which was nearly dead right before the release of “On The Floor” in early 2011. Plus, following the success of that single and her recent hit, “Dance Again“, she’s set to go on a worldwide tour with Enrique Iglesias starting this summer.
So now, two seasons in, she’s reportedly ready to call it quits as a judge. According to E! News, “She’s just too busy.” (Too busy with all the doors that have been opened for her again due to being on American Idol.) She’s also got a 25-year-old boyfriend, 4-year-old twins, products and endorsements, and movie roles going on… Yep, busy lady. But Ryan Seacrest has like a million other jobs too, and he’s never quit.
However, nothing is confirmed yet and rumor has it, “Fox does not want to let her go. They love her.” — Meaning they’re probably willing to bump up her pay… again. (For season 1, Lopez made $12 million… then her salary was raised to $20 million for season 2.) But, they’d also have to change their entire filming schedule to work around her tour, which is unlikely.
Adding to the speculation… While in an interview with her “What To Expect When You’re Expecting” co-star, Cameron Diaz, on “The Ellen Show” this week, J-Lo said she doesn’t know whether she’d return to Idol or not. (She also pulled this last year too, just FYI.)
Well, A.I. was only the best thing that has happened to her career in recent years, but at this point, it’s clear they need her more than she needs them.

Lindsay Lohan‘s episode of “Glee” aired last night — where she played herself as a celebrity judge, along with Perez Hilton and Rex Lee (‘Lloyd!!!’ from “Entourage”), at the fictional high school Glee Club Nationals.
Jennifer Lopez has had one crazy year — and it has definitely paid off.
Forbes puts the HOT 107 singer at the top of the Celebrity 100 list this year after raking in $52 million over the last 12 months (from May 1, 2011 – May 1, 2012).
Here’s what launched her there:
- Landing a seat on the “American Idol” judging panel gave her a platform to promote her music and herself.
- Filing for divorce from Marc Anthony helped “turn her image around”.
- Datinga dancer who is 17 years younger than her, Casper Smart, helped her gain more media attention.
- Plus her top-selling fragrance, clothing line at Kohl’s, and endorsement deals with L’Oreal, Gillette, and more didn’t hurt her wallet or her publicity either.

Even though the promos for the upcoming seventh season of “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” feature Kanye West — he will not be a huge part of the show.

According to the NY Daily News, since Kanye and Jay-Z are in London this week for 5-nights of “Watch The Throne” concerts at the famous O 2 arena, Kim is tagging along in the hopes of getting close to Jay’s wife.
A “source” claims, “Kim wants to travel everywhere with Kanye, but she’s also trying to do whatever she can to get close to Beyoncé. So, if Bey and Jay are going, she’s going,” Adding that Kim would “live and breathe to hang out with Beyoncé.” Whoa, that’s hardcore.
Oh but there’s one major setback. Rumor has it Bey wants nothing to do with Kim. Awww…
Paris Hilton is scheduled to make her debut as a DJ at the Pop Musical Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on June 23rd… in front of 30,000 people.
Billboard reports the socialite, rumored to be dating DJ/producer/HOT 107 artist Afrojack, will have a 1-hour set of what she claims will be “custom-made remixes of the best tracks” — following performances from Kelly Clarkson and Jennifer Lopez… So wait, it’s kind of like they’re opening up for her?? Haha.
In a statement, Paris says, “I cannot wait. I have been a part of the music scene and club scene since I was 15. It’s something I have been passionate about and have come to respect very much. I am very excited to share all of my hard work with the world.”
Back in 2006, P.Hilton surprised critics with her debut album “Paris” along with the lead single “Stars Are Blind”. But this will be her first time DJ’ing in public… and if she totally blows it… maybe it’ll be her last too.
