Police are deciding whether pursuing a criminal charges against Lindsay Lohan for her “hit-and-run” earlier this week is worth it or not.
TMZ reports they still need to get Lindsay’s side of the story since several versions from witnesses are all over the place. Uh, all they need to do is check her Twitter. Get on it…
LiLo explained of the incident, “Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.”
Well — if Russell Brand can get arrested and booked with a felony for throwing an iPhone, then Lindsay could certainly get her probation revoked for allegedly bumping someone with her car.
